Every user in Impact Fusion must have a year and class. The list of classes can be managed from within the year / classes screen.

Add a new class

  1. Press the Add year class button.
  2. Configure the new class as required:
    • Year: The numerical value of the year
    • Year name: The name of the year. This can be alphabetical as many primary schools will have names for their years.
    • Class: The class code or name.
    • Teacher name: Not required
    • UFSM year: If your school is a primary school, will this class be eligible for Universal Free School Meals? Details on how to set this can be found below.
  3. Press Save to complete.

Edit an existing class

  1. Find and select the class from the list.
  2. Press the Edit button.
  3. Edit the class as required.

Deleting a class

  1. Find and select the class from the list.
  2. Press the Delete button.
  3. Press Yes to confirm.

Set a year as a UFSM year

  1. Press the UFSM years button in the top right of the screen.
  2. Select a year from the dropdown menu and press add year. Repeat as necessary.
  3. Press Close to complete the process.

Remove a UFSM

  1. Press the UFSM years button in the top right of the screen.
  2. Click on a Year from the list.
  3. Click the Remove button.
