As discussed earlier in the Allergies, dietary & restrictions within the Users section of the manual and also within the Restrictions section, you can prevent users from purchasing products where the product has been flagged as containing an allergen that the user is allergic to, or from purchasing products that they are restricted from doing so.
Additionally, for those schools using pre-order kiosks, users making pre-orders will be able to see the full allergen and dietary information of a product while making pre-orders, which will assist you in complying with distance selling regulations.
