CRB Solutions will continue to operate as they did before.  Their distribution relationship with Cunningham Cash Registers, Ltd ("Cunninghams") will remain in full force, with CRB Solutions leveraging the financial support and software expertise of the Jonas Group.  "We are extremely excited to be a part of the Jonas Software group of companies.  Their depth and breadth of knowledge in the vertical market software industry, and specifically in the education market, is a welcome addition to our business.  We will continue to support and enhance our systems, and increase our focus on customer requests and our R&D efforts to keep our clients engaged.  We have a special relationship with Cunninghams and it will only grow stronger as a result of this acquisition", says Managing Director David Swanston. "Cunninghams success is our success, so now as in the past, we will continue our support as partners in every way possible."

CRB and Cunninghams have had a supplier/distributor relationship for more than 20 years.  Their teams are an extension of each other, and they both excel in selling, training and servicing their clients with a focus on providing value for money and solid, stable systems.

Co-Managing Director of Cunninghams, Albert Czaja said, "We are really enthused to see Jonas acquire CRB and know with their track record in the software industry, our customers will continue to be in good hands.  We expect even more innovation to come from CRB, and we will, of course, share these developments with our large and ever-growing client base in England and Wales".
