Meet

We are delighted to introduce Molly Henson as the Head of Customer Support and Success at CRB Cunninghams as part of our ongoing investment in customer support. Molly will be responsible for enhancing the current support offering and building a proactive experience for CRB Cunningham's customers.

Investing in customer support

Having previously worked as the Head of Customer Success at BriefYourMarket and as the Head of Customer Success and Support for The Key Support Services, Molly has a strong background working in and around customer-facing teams. In these roles, Molly found her passion for working in the education sector and leading customer-facing teams that make a difference to industry professionals.

Whilst school staff face increasing pressures, as the Head of Customer Support and Success, Molly will focus on supporting school staff at every level through improved user experience with our industry-leading school solutions.

Molly commented on her new role: “We have an excellent support team with decades of experience in our products and services. I plan to leverage that experience and enthusiasm within the team to improve our current support offering and build a more proactive experience for our customers.

I want to get under the hood of what our customers want and expect and ensure we’re delivering on those expectations.”

An emphasis on customer success

With thousands of customers across the UK utilising our cashless catering software, from councils to multi-academy trusts, Molly joins our ever-growing team of dedicated support professionals.

“Every user of our products will have a slightly different need and desire. It’s up to me and the teams around me to understand those needs and give people what they’re looking for.

Pupils, parents and school staff use our products, so this is no small challenge, but one that I am excited to get my teeth stuck into!" Molly Henson.
