On occasions where users are unable to open their own account (lost card, forgotten PIN, etc.), supervisors are able to open their accounts on their behalf from the operator mode menu. To do this:

  1. From the Operator mode menu, press the ‘User search’ button
  2. A on-screen keyboard will be presented. Enter the users name
  3. Once you have typed their name, press the green enter button from the bottom right
  4. All users that match the entered name will be presented. Locate and select the desired user
  5. Once the user is selected, they will be highlighted, press the ‘Resume’ button at the bottom of the kiosk
  6. The users account will be opened and a transaction will begin
